What is the refund policy for Chalkboard Teach?
If you cancelled your membership prior to the billing date but have still been charged, you will of course be eligible for a refund. If you started a 14-day free trial and/or are a new user, you are eligible to receive a refund up to 30 days after the trial/subscription started.
We will determine whether a cancellation event occurred prior to the aforementioned date by backchecking against your activity on the platform and/or communications with our support email inbox.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund for any cancellation requests that don’t meet these conditions.
If you have met the conditions for a refund, kindly let our customer service support staff know and they will look into the inquiry as soon as they can.
