How to cancel my Chalkboard Teach membership?
1. Login via the Chalkboard Teach login portal at https://app.chalkboardpublishing.com/
2. Navigate to the ‘My Profile’ section in the top header
3. Under the ‘My Profile’ section under ‘Account Details’, you’ll see the option to ‘Cancel My Subscription’ at the bottom
4. Please ensure you follow all the steps or the cancellation process will not properly register
5. You’ll know the account is officially terminated once you hit the final “Cancel My Account” button
6. We do appreciate any feedback you can leave as it informs all product feature updates and content additions (ensure you hit ‘Submit’ before cancelling the account once selecting a reason for cancelling the membership)
Note: once you cancel your account, you’ll lose full access to Chalkboard Teach meaning you will no longer be able to login and access any resources
